Thai Heat Massage

This form of Thai Massage blends the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs, and compression. Tied into a tight bundle to be heated in a steamer, our herbal compress ingredients include: ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, camphor, menthol and eucalyptus.

This steaming, hot bundle is pressed onto muscles and joints. The heat stimulates blood flow, nourishing the body tissues, rapidly rebuilding them, speeding the recovery from an injury or post-workout soreness, alleviating pain and releasing stiff, sore or pulled muscles and ligaments.

Excellent for post-workout pains, back-aches, arthritis, “weather” aches, chronic and lingering pains, migraines as well as for releasing stress and anxiety.
