Founder of Peace Yoga, Irina, began a dedicated yoga practice in 2003. Irina brings together all the yoga styles she’s learned and distills them into her own personal no-force approach: Peace Yoga. She believes yoga is each student’s personal journey to her own source of peace, beauty, and joy.
Most recently, she’s trained in Thai Yoga Massage because she feels it’s a perfect accompaniment to any yoga practice. “On days when we don’t have the strength or energy to do a yoga class, Thai Yoga Massage brings us back in touch with our bodies in a similar way that doing a class would,” she says. “It’s a perfect sister science to yoga.”
Irina practiced yoga throughout both of her pregnancies and has led a vegetarian, vegan, and raw live food lifestyle for the past ten years. Also trained as an Early Childhood Educator, Irina brings patience and clear communication to her yoga teaching. She also offers yoga classes for children!
