Each visit to Peace Yoga is a memorable experience that feels beyond your ordinary work-out. Doing yoga in a small circle of women creates really comfortable atmosphere that keeps me coming back. This feeling of comfort stays with me long after the class. It really is a mini-vacation just for myself that gives me a huge boost of energy and motivation for my busy lifestyle.

Yoga is a complex ancient tradition that aims to join body, mind, and spirit into a harmonious whole being, and unite the individual being with the universal consciousness. The physical practice of yoga poses helps to return our bodies to the state of optimal health. Peace Yoga classes are adapted to any ability level, building on the unique strengths and needs of each client. Our classes are small groups of 3 to 4 people. For a more personalized experience, we also offer private classes.
